To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt, Your contact details and issue at customer.care@urbangalleria.com with in 24 hours of placing an order and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can call us on +92 311 1444 690 from Monday to Saturday between 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).

Once the Order is Processed it cant be cancelled.

We will not cater cancellation of any order after payment received.
